My sales guy was great, other than that the dealership lied about features of the vehicle, one being that it had remote start which was one of the primary reasons I chose the vehicle. Another being that another vehicle I wanted to look at was no longer available when it was and the price of that vehicle was lowered the next day. I was told that I get Starlink for free for 3 years then i had to pay $250 to find out that the remote start feature I wanted is not available in the vehicle I purchased. I went in with a pre-approval and they tried to lowball me on my trade in and did not honor the pre-approval I had. I've tried several times to reach out to them with no response except for an that they'd have the service department reach out to me about installing a remote start at my cost over a week ago with no contact from said service department.

Francisco has great customer service. We told him what we were looking for, what our budget was and he had us out the door in a couple hours. If you go to him you will not be at the dealership all day.

When my Honda Pilot ignition fob battery goes dead, can I simply replace the battery or do I need to my it reprogramed at the dealership?

Just replace the battery only new fobs need to be programmed
