This was our new digs first visit. I showed up 30 minutes early to accommodate them in case I had paperwork to fill out for the pet insurance. I was told I couldn’t check in and I needed to come back. So I walked around and 10 minutes before my appointment stood in eye shot of the person who looked at me a few time and never once offered to check me in. Once my appointment time arrive I left the 13 minutes after my appointment time they call and say we have been looking for you. Ya I guess standing in front of you is hiding. This is why we decided last time to move our pet to Abbey pet hospital. Better customer service.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
They have free vet visit coupons at the front where the registers are or print one out online. Hopefully they still do.
They are the Best place for our animals. I'v never had a problem there.
