I spent 2-1/2 hours doing business there on a Saturday morning had to leave and get more information come back and wait in line a second time. As it turned out I didn't need the additional information the problem was on there end. Don't try to get in after 11:30 because they lock the doors. Posted hours 8-12 on Saturday
