They need to update a lot of the equipment, especially the foam pieces on the weight machines. The room that they have the free weights in seems to be a former basketball court, where you will experience random balls flying past you, as you use rickety weight benches, to the hoops while you are working out. There is a random $40 a year fee that is to "update" equipment, but I am not seeing where these funds are being used. Upstairs is better organized with all of their cardio equipment. The locker room is a well kept area, with the showers, sauna, and lockers all in working order.

been going to this gym for 4+ years this place is amazing! Love the energy and atmosphere love how friendly everyone is and the drive that each individual has in here coming to the gym to workout and realeasing some stress! I will recommend this gym to anyone beginner or pro.

Great atmosphere, friendly personnel, plenty of healthy snacks/energy drinks available for purchase, and a large variety of free weights/resistance equipment. The price of a monthly membership is fair considering they’re open 24 hours throughout the normal weekdays. Haven’t regretted the membership since I joined and don’t plan on going elsewhere.
