Their boneless wings are actually amazing. They always seem to forget something though. One time it's a cookie (really wanted that btw) the next time it was a whole drink. Oh well. Excellent service and great food.

New circle road Zaxbys is the worst in Lexington. Waited 20 minutes for my food and checked order to notice they forgot fries for one of the meals. They gave me more but it was supposed to be a large fry but when I got home it was less than the fries in my kids meals. Then found out they didnt put my daughters chicken fingers in the bag so I still ended up cooking. Just a bag with box of fries. Bunch of high school kids with no training whatsoever. I wont be back to this one again.

Marco, the manager was very reassuring and provided me and my wife compensation for our wait time and wrong order. He seemed very passionate about keeping me as a customer and I will be back knowing he has my best interest.
