The maintenance man that came to my home was on time and friendly. He explained how our filtration system worked and what we needed to do to operate and maintain it moving forward. The next week I took a water sample to the Donamarc office to be tested. The staff was very friendly and the whole process took about five minutes. I thought the company did a great job for us.

Patrick from Donamarc serviced our water system and did an outstanding job. He was professional, courteous, an prompt. This kind of service is what keeps me as a Donamarc customer!

Hi! We understand the need of not wanting to lift the bags into the brine tank. We have a normal minimum of 5 bags. If you purchased 40 pound bags that would be a 200 pound minimum. Most softener systems will work fine with having us put the 5-40 pound bags into the salt tank at the same time whenever you need them. We would recommend not adding more salt until it looks like you have only 40 pounds left in the salt tank. If this still doesn't work for you, we would recommend calling into our office and talk to us about a maintenance contract which would provide for even smaller amounts. Thank you! - Brandon
Most older brine tanks have between 1/4 and 1/3 water. Our Vesta softener has NO water in the brine tank until 4 hours before regeneration. That's called dry brineing.
We do have rent to own options. In addition to that option we also have various finance programs and same as cash programs we can offer. Please feel free to contact our office and we would be glad to find out what matches up to your needs. Thank you for asking. - Brandon
