Spoke with Lynn today to get some questions answered. What a delight. She answered all my questions and treated me like she actually cared. So much appreciated, especially with how hard it is to get anything done in these crazy days we’ve been experiencing with COVID.

I love Ohio! Yes, it's kind of weird having to go to a title office and the BMV separate, but this whole process is so much easier than in other states. I went to the title office to get the middle portion of my car registered and titled. The employees are pretty don't half-expect you don't have everything you need, and they just get stuff done for you. Best of all, it's not very expensive.

I normally don't write reviews good or bad but they earned this one. I have called up there and have driven over 15 miles to get there on Saturday's. Just for them to tell me I don't have everything I need to get the title transferred. They have told me I need something different everytime. I wish that I could go somewhere else bit my schedule doesn't allow it. Why is this the only title and place near me open on Saturday's. Just burn a vacation day and go to the other ones and hope that it's better.
