Horrible customer service closes at midnight but here it is 10:30 and I'm getting no service in the drive-thru it's ridiculous

Not only did they give my food to the car in front of us and made us wait ten minutes for our order, they just laid two strips of bacon on the pub fries, and gave use a sour cream and chives potato with no sour cream. Day shift really need to get it together.

Always great customer service. Food's pretty good too. I mean, it's fast food. It's not gonna blow your mind. But the staff is always courteous and well-spoken. Hardee's, take notes.

Closed at the super late hour of 630pm sat at the speaker box until my cats got mad at me and viciously attacked me put in the hospital for 87 minutes. I can't blame no one but me I got them addicted to the big mac sandwiches at Wendy's.
