I am a lifelong Gulf Coast resident and I have never been treated so badly from a doctor and nursing staff as I have at memorial clinics in Biloxi. They disregarded my health needs and put me in medical danger. The internal medicine doctor aggressively yelled at me in front of staff and other patients. After being aggressively mistreated, she refused to do tests she herself had suggested I needed for my well-being. This place needs to be checked by whoever is charge of medical malpractices and wrongdoing. I never write reviews anywhere, so for me to be honest and open to the public about what happened to me here, is a very serious matter. I did speak to the customer relations agent, who seemed very kind and compassionate to my situation and promised me she would get back to me.

I have been in the disrespectful impersonal irresponsible Memorial Hospital so called health care system for over 2 years. I started off with the Magnolia Grove Primary Care Nurse Practitioners. They were not just unprofessional, they were incompetent, and totally rude! My last Nurse Practitioners there, Stacy, could not have insulted me more. I am a recovering alcoholic with over 34 years of sobriety. I was given a prescription by my Orthopedic Surgeon at Tulane Sports Medicine, a vastly superior surgeon and system, for a controlled substance. Since I am in recovery, I did not take them. I asked Stacy, NP, at Memorial Magnolia Grove, what I should do with the pills because I heard you are not supposed to flush them. She said we need to inform the sheriff! What an insult and how stupid of her!! I then asked a nurse friend of mine that works in the local system who was the best internal medicine primary care doctor, and she said Dr Valerie Lennox in the Cedar Lake Memorial Hospital Primary Care. So I saw her at least 3 times over several months. Each visit she was more disrespectful to me. When I met her first for a visit at Cedar Lake, she was completely disrespectful. She came in with an unprofessional attitude towards me, apparently because she believed the apparently negative medical notes from Nurse Practitioners that I thought were unprofessional and incompetent at Magnolia Grove. I gave her 2 more visits to make sure I was correctly perceiving her bad attitude towards me. I was right the first time. Her negative unprofessional attitude got worse on each successive visit. The last visit, she accused me drinking because my A1C blood test indicated a 7.2 AIC from my last AIC of 6.6. How outrageous! She prescribed me Testosterone gel which is effective for males with low testosterone, even lower than others my age of 67. Her next comment blew me away. She asked me if I have had a partner that could give me injections of testosterone if the more expensive get was not approved by my Insurance company. I told her I do not have a partner and that I live alone with 3 dogs. She then disgustingly implied that I was going to have sex with my female dog! What an outrage! I will never see her again, and after a couple of days to think about what I should do next, medically, I set up appointment with a primary care doctor at the superior medical provider and system with Oschner /Singing River. My advice to any open-minded reader is not use the inferior disrespectful system of Memorial Hospital, especially the Cedar Lake facility, use the best instead-- Oschner's Singing River!

Absolutely terrible. After calling over a dozen times, leaving numerous voicemails, ALSO going to the office physically multiple times they still did not send off my medical clearance paperwork for my surgery 13 hrs away in miami. When arrived in Miami had the surgeons there also call and request STILL DID NOT send paperwork. By far the worst and most unprofessional clinic. Would never recommend it. Nothing but a huge waste of time and ended up costing me more money in the long making me have to reschedule my surgery day and have them do the blood work in Miami.
