Great nursing care. My assigned advocate, John was very helpful as well as uplifting. The care I received from staff went above and beyond the standard care that you would expect.

Pretty much non caring from higher up. My mother was here, and everytime we would came to see her, e she would be in the same dirty gown, dirty bed sheets, hygiene unkept. It was awful. Her room was unkept as well. We would always change and bathe her ourselves and clean her room. The day we received a phone call about my mothers status changing, we all rush to the hospital and front desk told us “two at a time” are you serious? My mother is slipping away and they tried to tell us no one under 12 (she had a granddaughter that was two years old) and two at a time. We all get into the room asking all these questions at the nurse looked us dead in the face and said “look your mother is dying, say your goodbyes” and walked out of the room. I hate that my mother had to spend her last few weeks at this horrible hospital. Please take your loved ones somewhere else anywhere else but this facility.

The people here were very nice and would reccomend this hospital to anyone.

Do not allow your loved one to go to this facility!! They do not follow any protocol. There is zero communication between staff members, medical teams, and doctors, not to mention day and night shift. They operate this place as a full for-profit business and that is their only agenda to fill beds regardless of outcomes. We have had nothing but issues there. They do not chart properly and we confronted about why they are not keeping records (the night nurse manager) only says okay or yes. Never do they apologize or act with any remorse. As a licensed MS attorney (bar #106232) please do not allow your loved one to go this place. You will regret it just as we have. They have not cared for our mother. They have in 4 days had zero communication, gave her non diabetic tube feed (when confronted the Dr. did not know she was diabetic) neglected her mouth, thought she was a man, asked us how much medicine to give her, attempted zero trouble shooting regarding O2 when she only needed to be repositioned (the wanted to go straight to BiPap after they moved her around), didn't know why she was there, left her throat suctioned out in the open to get dirty and be subject to all the germs and bacteria in the room, and lied about what time they put the BiPap on her (we were actually there at the time they said they did it, but they did not do it then; thus they are charting after the fact and making it up as they go. Sadly, this is just a few things and the scary part is what we don't know. So please consider all options before this place. They are not professionals and hate their jobs and life. These people show no remorse or compassion. Truly remarkable how anyone in the healthcare field can be this disconnected from reality! They will delete this, but I will keep posting until I am blocked and we will not stop posting so to avoid any others these issues. If you think we are lying check out their own employees’ reviews on indeed, truly heartbreaking that their employees substantiate the same issues we are having.

I've seen situation where love ones are allowed to stay.
This is not an outpatient/trauma hospital but a critical care rehab hospital or formally known as long term acute care, synonymous to ICU care.
