Friendly staff. The only downfall we saw was no communication. We had them pick up our riding lawnmower for service. It took them about 2 weeks to fix. We kept calling to find out what was going on. A suggestion is maybe call customers and keep them updated.

I took my lawnmower here before summer and had it tuned up for cutting and now they tell me they don't work on the brand I have. I wish I could give a negative review but 1 star is the lowest you can pick. The funny thing is Petal Outdoors brings the company I work for things to fix also.....but I guess we won't be able to work on that either!
