Service department is clearly slacking. I brought my boyfriends car in for an inspection because it was shaking. They informed us that the front tire had a lump in it and it was causing the shake. They also blamed it on an alignment. They replaced the tire and aligned the car. The issue improved but was not resolved. Here we are a week later back at the dealership. They now informed us that the back tire has the same “lump” and needs to be replace. Everything seems to check out, but they informed him he needs his spark plugs changed, his fuel induction serviced and a number of other things. This leads me to believe that they did not do a full work up of the vehicle. When he questioned why they did not notice the 2nd tire needing to be replaced he said we weren’t looking for that. They stopped looking for a problem when they found one. Now I completely understand that but how difficult is it to check all 4 tires to ensure this is the cause of the problem. The car also sat at the dealership for 24 hrs before we heard from anyone of what was going on And/or when it would be ready. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 5 hours last week on the car when I made an appointment for 9:40 and I completely understand but they could work on their communication skills. We did not expect to leave the car overnight and had to make other arrangements for school/work. I have a busy life as I’m sure so many do so I consider this an extreme inconvenience when I have to leave his car at the dealership for a total of 3 days in two weeks when the issue could have been resolved the 1st time. When confronted on the issue we were told the mechanic was fussed about the issue and I’m sure received a slap on the wrist. I will no longer be trusting this dealership for anything regarding any vehicle. Will need to bring the vehicle to another location for a 4th day to finish getting serviced

Never seen a dealership make it mandatory to get the the "PROTECTION PACKAGE" disregarding if the buyer wants it or not. NO CHOICE. Seems to be taking advantage of the current market to me. Regardless, it's the way this sales manager chooses to conduct business.
