Tacoma Top Fitness is the best! The team there are amazing and delivers top-notch customer service. They go above & beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchase, as we all know gym equipment is not the cheapest, especially high quality ones. JT answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable & satisfied with the equipment I purchased. The delivery team was also amazing! I can't say enough good things about Top Fitness. We will go back to purchase additional equipment because of their customer service!

They guys are always so friendly and helpful. Store is well stocked with everything you need to build your home gym-even during the pandemic the inventory was impressive! I especially appreciated the fact that even though i’m a 4 foot 10 girl, they took me seriously when I came in to buy equipment for the first time. and they recognize me as a “ regular” now. And even though they know i lift and take me seriously, they still are chivalrous and offer to carry out anything heavy I buy 😊

Megan B. was wonderful and helped me with my whole process of setting up my home gym. I came in with a quote from somewhere else and she beat out the competition. Between her expertise and this stores prices; I was sold! Honestly, can’t beat their price per pound on their weights and their sales for everything else. I will definitely be returning to finish off my gym and anything else I will ever need. I will gladly refer my friends to Megan and her team if they ever come in the market for workout equipment.

If you’re looking for a fantastic place to buy exercise equipment, this is the place. Huge, very well organized showroom displaying every machine imaginable in every price range. I worked with Jeremiah who sold me a WaterRower. He was very personable, respectful, answered all of my questions and handled my transaction very quickly. And, he wasn’t high pressure trying to sell me other things I don’t need. Can’t wait to get it next week!
