No it is not a good idea to remove all 10 teeth unless they cannot be saved. I would always recommend saving your teeth for as long as possible if you are able. Having them pulled should always be a last resort option.

They will give you some information about a credit card just for you to apply for and that's the only way I know you can make payments. So I would ask them for the info..unless you have a credit card you can put it on and then make your payments to your personal credit card. Hope that helps!
