Open and operating! Smooth service and good price. Saw 9 Alligators. Area is pretty with loads of flowers and wildlife but consists of man made canals instead of a true marsh.

Great alternative to crowded tours, you get your own canoe for 4 hours at a good price. The water ways are interesting and have plenty of wild life, we saw alligators, turtles, and birds. Staff was very helpful and provided a map.

Had a great time kayaking and canoeing around Jean Lafitte with my family. Both the kayak and canoe worked out well and we saw lots of cool wildlife which is exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

You can rent the canoe or kayak and go to the prescribed path else you can always go for airboat for a guided tour.
