One of their officers tailgated me for several miles (tailgating is illegal, even for cops-they aren't above the law like they think they are), and the person in front of me ran a red light and they did nothing about it because they had their minor child riding in their police cruiser with them so they could drop them off at school (I know this because I was doing the same thing. Only difference is I'm allowed to have my kids in my car and it's against policy for them to). I don't know the cops name but it's the one that thinks he's big and bad but he's only like 4'11".

The neighbors have been told about their fence where their 3 dogs escapes daily to attack anyone nearby. Can't even go to the mailbox without fighting these dogs off. They are very aggressive, what can I do to protect my family from these dogs.

It depends on what the charge is he may have went to forest county jail or he could have been released from there
