Stayed here for months without a problem. Donna is a rock solid Landlord. If you have an issue with a noisy or disrespectful tenant. She will deal with it immediately. There were other RV parks closer to my job site but I chose this one for the convenience and friendly staff. If I ever have to work in New Orleans or the Saint Bernard area again I will definitely be staying at Richards Rv Park.

This is a great quiet place to park your camper. Saw reviews from people who do not and have not stayed here before to put it down. Since one was from a new account, more than likely it is from one who got evicted for causing problems. Problem people need to go elsewhere, not tolerated here. So take some with a grain of salt. 3 are from no one who has lived here.

Perfect place for just what you are looking for in a trailer park. I have been here for 1 year on a six month assignment also my job is downtown new Orleans 20 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes to 1 hour in the afternoon depending on traffic and day of the week
