This was my first visit to GSBP. I went because I had a leak in my tire. I was greeted immediately and told they could accommodate me right away. I was directed to the waiting area and within ten minutes was shown I had a nail near the rim of my tire that could not be fixed. They had my tire in stock and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

Had them replace a fuel pump for me a year ago. $1200. Seems a bit steep since you don't have to drop the tank. Had to go back the next week when the car dies to find out "it was just a wiring problem." Fast forward to this year. Pump they replaced goes out. When they replaced the pump they didn't bother recommending that we replace either fuel filter, which caused the 2nd failure. I replaced the pump and filters myself this time and it took about an hour total. Fuel pump costs around $100, so they charged me $1100 for an hour's worth of work. 2016 Kia Soul. You guys are straight up trash.
