Very nice staff, from owners to front desk to maintenance. Spent a few days here and was very pleased with everything but in particular with the staff, as I ran into an issue with my online booking (to extend my stay an additional night) which I had arranged and was erroneously booked into a different type of room thru an travel discount website - I did not want to switch rooms or room types obviously. I was unable to resolve or refund or make changes with the website , but the staff worked it out for me and was extremely pleasant handling that as well as literally every time I saw any of them. Yolanda, Debbie, George and the other front desk woman whose name I did not catch - keep up the great work!!! Side note - this is under new ownership so if you’ve been here before and were not satisfied, I’d recommend giving them another chance!

We were greeted by a very nice and helpful woman at the front desk, Debby, I think her name was. She was very sweet. Our room was big, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was abundant and warm. Fried egg rounds, waffles, French toast (had to put this in the toaster to warm), cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bananas, juice, danish. We were right on the highway, but I've been on this earth long enough to know not to travel without earplugs, so no problem there. There was also a fitness center and pool, but we weren't there long enough to use those, so I can't comment. When we checked out there was another very nice lady at the desk, who wished us safe travels and was very pleasant. I'd stay here again or recommend to anyone. The only thing I would change would be to offer the breakfast earlier, it started at 7, but we would have liked to have gotten back on the road at 6, but waited the hour to eat. Not a deal breaker. Just an aside.

Staff was great. Room on the other is not. I'm typing this as I sit in this nasty room. There's stains on the chairs, floors, pull out coach, walls, even the phone. Dust is on every lamp, shower bathtub faucet not connected to wall all the way. Rust in bathtub, and you can tell they had leak in the room above me. I had a 2 night stay but canceled the second night. I rather go elsewhere

The room we stayed in was okay but definitely needed some updating. The pool and hot tub was nice but there were no towels in the swim area. The staff didn’t even bother to put any towels in there but kept walking past looking in there. The breakfast has no ready to serve hot food, you have to warm up package sandwiches which was ok for me. Just don’t expect much. They did have a waffle maker, cereal and oatmeal. The location is great, felt very safe.
