Standard poodle JUST SHOWS. NEVER GIVE UP, STAND UP SPEAK YOUR TRUTH.... RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE STEP UP TO HELP. THANKS MRS JULIE HODGE AND TO ALL THOSE THAT REACHED OUT TO ME TO HELP US GET A RESOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE RIGHT IS RIGHT!!!! UPDATE POSTED JULY 12, 2022. I have a problem the dog is over 1 year old the lady said she would have AKC papers for the dog. My wife sent her nice text messages asking for the AKC Paper. Not so NICE. They were just telling us that story to sell the puppy. Not enough backbone to respond to our messages. the purchase agreement was under a different NAME. Aka Higher Standard Poodle. Today is 10-9-21 and to tell everyone we were so wrong in our first impressions of Cloverleaf kennels aka Higher Standards Kennels...... it's been 8 months plus and we still have not been notified by MRS. MEGAN so that we can have the papers on a standard poodle that she sold to us saying that the dog is FULL BLOODED ...For whatever reason she has made or told stories about the reasons why she has not been forthcoming with the papers, always a story but never face to face or even a phone call to get to the reason just excuses about lost phones and her responses are always by text so to all of you looking to buy from her BEWARE OF THE POSSIBLE SKAM THAT IS CLOVERLEAF KENNELS AKA HIGHER STANDARDS KENNELS so that you don't find yourself in the same f n situations. We paid 900.00 for the poodle and even offered 200.00 more if she would get us the paperwork to register the pup. Excuses is all we keep getting or no response at all.Now our only recourse may be to take her to court over the manner in which she sold us the pup and told us she had filed for the paperwork with the AKC and now not even sure that was done either. Megan is not in my opinion very business like or professional in the way in which she does business. If and when l get the papers l will update this review. As of now I'm just passed off and for good reason.

DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK! MY STANDARD POODLE WILL BE 1YR.OLD FEBUARY 12,2022 AND STILL MEGAN HAS NOT CARRIED THROUGH WITH PROVIDING US WITH THE PAPERWORK NEEDED TO REGISTER HER. EVERY TIME I REACH OUT TO HER IT IS ALWAYS EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSE THEN ABOUT FACE AND SAYS SHE'S GOING TO HANDLE IT. PROMISE AFTER PROMISE STILL NO PAPERS. EVEN OFFERED TO PAY 200.00 MORE IF SHE WOULD JUST GET THE PAPERWORK FINISH AND HANDED OVER STILL NO PAPERS. NO WE ALSO WONDER IF THE POODLE IS PURE BREED AT ALL. I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH ANYONE WITH SUCH LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING.MY NEXT STEP IS TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST CLOVERLEAF KENNELS aka HIGHER STANDARDS KENNELS FOR NOT PROVIDING US THE PAPERSWORK. ALSO CONTACTING THE PARISH TO FIND OUT IF THEY EVEN HAVE A OCCUPATIONAL LISCENSE FOR OPERATION. SAD TO KNOW BUT MIGHT HAVE TO RESORT TO FILING A CASE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT

This place deserves all 5 stars in my book. People are great and they take great care of my pets. Love cloverleaf kennels.
