No, just targets set at different ranges. There is a nice setup in the shooting area that they didn't have at the highland road setup.

How much does it cost to shoot and are crossbows allowed

It is free to go to the park. I never saw a place there to shoot a bow and Arrow let alone a place to be able to shoot a crossbow I seen that photo also but I never saw any place there for shooting bow and arrows crossbows or any kind of weapon not unless they had a tournament there one time and I don't know that for sure either hope that helps but no I never seen any bow & arrows being shot there
