i wish the hospital would bill in a timely fashion. i have called twice to have them bill me and not much success. I do understand about the hospital waiting on my insurance which my insurance has paid what they are going to. Need help.

This place, is very disorganized. We got asked the same questions from multiple people. Notes should of been carried over. After waiting for an hour, I asked what we were waiting for. They said a urine sample. They didn't even tell us to give one! And why bother asking about covid symptoms if they're gonna cram that swab half way up my brain anyway? A lot of the staff was just sitting or standing around doing nothing. And it wasn't even that busy. I even heard them using foul language when children were around. Overall we were there for 4 hours and nothing got accomplished. A total waste of time and money.

Took my mother in for an ortho injury, the ER staff was fantastic! Very quick, thorough and understanding. As we are on vacation and from out of state there was additional stress being in new area but the staff made that melt away... thank you!!!
