Had to quit after several years of membership due to poor customer service. We tried to hang in there and even had a sit down chat with upper management, but nothing came of it and the poor service continued. Long story, but the staff is unionized just FYI. Every private club I’ve belonged to have bent over backwards for their guests, but not this place. They were downright rude to us one too many times. Gym facilities are nice, food is terrible.

Fantastic fitness experience with an amazing pool, and all the equipment you could want. I’ve been an WAC member for many years and the professional staff has always been above and beyond.

We recently joined the WAC and it's wonderful. Quite probably the finest fitness and athletic facilities (5 full floors!) anywhere in the greater Seattle region, along with a full complement of other social club amenities., e.g., restaurants, meeting rooms, hotel accommodations, etc. Our only regret is not joining earlier.

We booked a block of rooms and the Governor's Suite for our wedding on the recommendation of our venue and it could not have been a better choice. Not only was it close to our venue, but the room itself was gorgeous and the size of the suite was perfect for the bridesmaids and our HMUA team to get ready. The staff were amazingly accommodating as well. Jordyn in particular was a godsend. I offhandedly called the morning of our wedding asking if they had a full-length mirror that we could borrow to get ready with since there wasn't one in our room and she made it happen for us. The parking is a little pricey, but honestly its probably one of the more affordable garages to be found downtown. We will definitely be booking again for non-wedding excursions as well.
