Very unhygienic place with incredibly worn out equipment. Facility is very run down and management has not created any changes. However, staff was very accommodating, respectful and helpful at our visit. The rides need renovation and have become a safety hazard towards the children. The toys are a major choking hazard. The owner has not made changes despite various negative reviews as they do not care. I would never bring my kids here again and neither should anyone else. Very disgusting environment. Don’t EVER bring your kids here.

I came here a few days ago with my wife and 2 kids. I am absolutely mortified by the state of this place. The slide was shut down because there was holes inside. ALL THE TOYS have tape to help them stay up. Hair and dirt collects on the tape and OUR KIDS play on this. I have noticed that the staff sometimes wipes down the toys but that is not going to fix the maintenance issue. The girl working in the front is funny and nice with the kids. They do a good job but the issue with this place will not be fixed This place needs to be remodeled or shut down. DO NOT COME HERE, YOUR CHILD WILL GET SICK.

This place is cute but it’s definitely seen better days. The play structures are getting ratty and they don’t seem to care much about fixing them. Plus the staff isn’t very friendly. The only part that I’d give 5 stars is the balloon room. But overall it keeps my toddler entertained when it’s too cold for the outdoor parks.

Edit: i had initially given this place 5 stars, but ALL the times we have been back, the front person is with her phone not paying attention to what is going on with the kids and NOT applying the 3 strike rule. It is like there is no one there. Instead of being on the phone, it would be nice if you could clean and sanatize or pay attention to what is going on. I am BEYOND disappointed. Nice and adorable place for the kids to have fun.
