The quality in this establishment has declined in the few months I have been coming. 1. Staff is CONTINUOUSLY late. I come early Sunday mornings. This laundry mat opens at 7 am and staff arrives at 7:45-8:00 am. The attendant breezes past us like she's doesnt see us. No apology or acknowledgement that she is late, like we aren't paying customers. I went to get change, attendant acted like I was bothering her and threw my change on the counter. She has attitude, which I feel is racially motivated. 2. There has been a recent development of roaches. This morning, food was found in one of the washers. This facility is unclean and I will not continue to spend my money here.

I did not enjoy my experience last night. I arrived right before 9:30 pm and as soon as I walked in the night shift worker said to me with an attitude that I was able to wash but not fold. I did answer her and said there is a way to talk to people. I’m sure if I looked a certain way (different race) she would have said it more pleasantly. Also as I’m drying she was rushing me out at 10:30 tell me mami I said 10:30 that was it. I had to answer her back rudely now and said you never told me that. I also said when my clothes are dried I will put them in the bag and kindly walk out. Simple. That was just what I did too. To the owner please train your workers to have better customer service. You may not know how many business you’re losing hiring people who do not care.

The machines are overpriced and horrible! The washer machines do not wash the clothes properly it barely even spins … do yourself a favor and do not come here …EVER! Wash your clothes somewhere else . I only came her because the laundromat on Schenectady is temporarily closed due to a fire… I can’t wait for them to reopen their machines work WAY BETTER I feel like I just wasted $18.00
