If I could give 0 stars I would. Incompetent staff kept me on the line for an hour to lie to me. They said they could ship my package but they merely charged me for a shipping label which then could not be used to ship from this store.

It depends on what type of service you select on the UPS carrier form. The store itself, will guide you. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
