We could not be more pleased with the results of the NJ Fix My Dog two week manners camp! Our 9 month old Australian Labradoodle, Riley, no longer counter surfs, steals or jumps on couches and people! He has become a “gentleman” in our home. Riley’s trainer, Christy, was most caring and attentive. We received daily pictures, videos and texts regarding his progress. He got along & socialized with Christy’s dogs and learned to swim in a lake! Christy took him to Home Depot and the local farm store where he learned to walk properly on a leash. We could tell from the pictures and videos he was working hard and having fun! When returning to our home, Christy instructed us on how to best support the lessons he learned at camp. I am most happy to report that Riley continues to show us the valuable leasons he learned from Christy. We cannot thank her enough!

I contacted njfixmydog and very soon after Jean connected us with Robert Marrone who completely changed our lives. My dog is very difficult, strong minded, manipulative, and I hate to admit it but she can be aggressive as well. To paint a good picture of where she started, immediately upon meeting Rob she bit him. It was terrible, but he stayed calm, reassured us that this is his job and he took her and worked with her one on one for 2 weeks. It was hard to let her go, but we knew she needed help and Rob is literally our hero and a miracle worker. He brought back a totally different dog. She listens, knows the rules, respects us, and is way more relaxed because of it! He made sure to teach us how to be handlers and ensure that all that he taught her will carry over to us too. I’m not gonna lie it’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for and Rob is our trainer for life now, he is always available for questions. If you need help, you’ve found it. Jean will connect you with the perfect trainer for you like she did for us. I seriously can’t thank Jean and Rob enough.

We have had so many dog trainers through and finally Rob fixed our issues! We had one rescue dog with severe anxiety and impulse control issues and a younger brother who was learning bad habits. Rob turned them around and now we can have friends and family over without any worry. Both dogs are now obedient but maintain their fun personalities and we can’t thank Rob enough!
