This is one of those “say whatever to get you out the door” kind of establishments and I genuinely HATE places who still do this they need to have secret shops or corporate visits because this is NOT the kind of place you want to go to. My wife was helped by an employee who claimed to be a Manager at the time by the name of Michelle and everything seemed to be great full of jokes and laughter. I originally was going to sign up online and have my wife receive the keys or whatever else was needed to complete this transaction so that I could successfully move my things. Michelle told us that I could do that online OR just do it there in store and of course I opted to do JUST THAT. While we all were on this call (wife in person) she mentioned that this comes with 1 free month of storage so the next payment wouldn’t be until November so this ultimately felt GREAT I walked away a “HAPPY” customer because online was the same option as this was the (LABOR DAY SALE) now I’m being told that they will NOT honer this and the person I was speaking to wasn’t even a Manager. Now I have to come up with this unexpected expense and no one has rectified the situation so basically anyone will tell you anything here and the response was “Michelle would not tell you that she’s worked here for years”….Ummm yeah DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HONESTLY THERE HAS TO BE A CORPORATE PERSONNEL THAT WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO REACH OUT TO IN CASE OF THESE EVENTS BECAUSE NOW WHAT? Screw the customer right… Update: I was contacted and things were handled accordingly I appreciate the final customer service solution. It did take quite a bit to be contacted effectively which is why I didn’t put a 4 but although it didn’t go entirely how I wanted to (ended up having to pay it first to even get into my unit after the promise from the employee was made) Carmelo really helped make things at ease I just wish HE contacted me first it would’ve made the in between interactions non valid and really gave me that 5 star experience 💫

Michelle told me I was able to get a month free and the discounted price that was offered online to only get a call from a worker saying that is not what they offer. He said they only offer either or but not both. That is terrible that was told to me in person and now it’s a different story a month later and he said she told him she never said that to me which is a complete LIE.
