Recently went for lunch. While the food was good it took quite a while to get to the table. Put server was constantly texting (even while interacting with our table), the hot coffee came to the table room temp going cold. The big problem was that this was a week day, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant either, but staff felt more comfortable sitting near the bar taking amongst themselves than seeing to tables and customers.

Burgers are a bit pricey but for only visiting maybe once a year, worth it! Our server was great. I like the garlic fries! We were asked if 'no pink' or 'some pink' for the burger. There was NO pink! But that didn't spoil anything. We still enjoyed our meals.

Great service and good food. I started to order and mentioned that I needed to watch my carbs. The waitress mentioned how they could modify any sandwich to be a wrap. This was very helpful. The food came fast, was hot and good. Always have a good experience at Red Robin.
