Okay yes it is, technically, a 3-star rated hotel. But, it's cozy. The shower, toilet, sink, lights, and TV all work. The bed is comfy and cozy. I didn't have any issues with other guests and such. So yeah, I'd stay here again

Rooms were older but it was very clean. Bathroom was way too small. Water got all over when I showered and the floor was slippery. Overall, it was a good place to stay

Heating/cooler system was noisy if you don't put it on 'continues' hence 3 star. Need updating. Everything else is good. Rooms, pool, bfast, staff location... Oh, please add more pillows...

There's no hourly rate so you can rent the room for 4hrs as long as you don't mind paying the full rate.
It was only cereal and pancake syrup with no pancakes. Sometimes packaged muffins
