Drivers and staff are wonderful. However, corporate office/HQ is a freaking joke. Cannot speak with anyone when call number on bill. Billing me for visits when office was closed during Covid-19 pandemic. Arrangement had been made for Shred-It to call first. WOrked for when visit and driver confirmed notation in system. Will not respond to emails either.

Absolutely horrendous service - actually, it's non-existent service. Had a confirmed appointment, they never showed up. Tried calling Jeff L, the "service specialist" - it rang a few times and got disconnected. They won't even answer the phone. Lost a whole day of wages waiting for them.
