Yestetday my husband invited me and our two daughters for dinner at Waterleaf, since he did study at COD in the past and was aware of how great the overall campus is in many fields. We also had a 7 year old birthday girl, that challenged the chefs with a Mac&cheese request and the full experience was delightful. The food was excellent, the waitstaff, managers and the chefs were very atttentive, professional and engaging. They made us feel very welcome, even thou, coming from Chicago at rush hour made us be 20 minutes late for their 6:30pm dinner time, but we didn’t miss a thing. The food was fantastic! Tasted delicious! And by talking with the Chef he said their students planned, prepared and finalized all of the dishes! They have a beautiful kitchen that can be viewed from the entrance thru tall glass windows and they are working with great equipments! We were very happy to support the next generation of talented chefs, our birthday girl had a beautifully decorated desert at the end. I do hope that COD continuous the great work!
