Scheduled an appointment for my daughter. They called and rescheduled because "the doctor won't be in that day." This happend five times before we finally gave up and will be seeing someone else.

I made an appointment a month ago for severe vertigo and when I arrived, they said that I didn't have an appointment when I had email proof that I had one. They are dumber than dumb at this office and do not honor appointments. If I could rate lower I would. Do not go to this office.

I don't understand how such a large practice can take so long do get sleep study results, over 3 weeks, and then take another 3 weeks to get a call from some 3rd party that keeps hanging up on me. I only stop breathing in my sleep, no rush. You can never get anyone on the phone and its always, "the medical assistent will call you back." They came so highly recommended but I can't see why. Customer service is severely lacking.

Becareful with this place. A waste of your money and time. Don't bother, find somewhere else.
