I just saw all these reviews, wonder how many are exaggerated. I have had jays plenty of times and they haven’t raised any concerns with me. My friends son rode bus 330, trevor or something, and when it was cold or raining he gave him a house stop. But all I am saying is if you want an honest opinion, yes jays has their bad apples and that just needs some corrrection, but obv they have some really good apples too. They are just a large company and let’s face it people here complaining would be lying if they said they don’t do even half the things they are complaining about. Lakewood is just really full of a lot of people and cars and buses, even the police break traffic laws all the time, so this is just a normal company that drives kids to and from. Fun fact in lakewood alone all fatalities from accidents have not involved school buses neither pedestrians struck or duis, or even students on board being injured look at the facts not reviews. Again shocked what I am reading.
