Our company performed a service almost more than 6 months ago. Invoice never been paid. They do not return emails or phone calls. Be cautious, especially if a person named Lolita Teague will be calling you for the service. We are suing them now

I worked as a handy-Man for them from November 8, 2021 to August 4th, 2022, I was terminated because they wanted me to be everything in one but pay $16. I signed a wage agreement for $20 when I was hired but never received it. Vanessa Peterson knows a Sergeant in the 73rd Precinct by the name Frantz Chauvet. He sent an officer by the name of Sunjay Verma to evict me from the basement they allowed me to stay in since I was hired. This company has a serious issue with paying a livable wage, the work they want doesn't add up to the pay. If your thinking of working for them, think otherwise...

They have me going back and fourth to court when all the rent is paid. They received a check in July which they cashed in October and took me to court for it in September .another time they received a check in April which they cashed in September and It’s showing they cashed a check in 2015 and didn’t credit my rent account and have me in court for it in 2018. I don’t know what they did with the money. I have never had this problem before in my life never went to housing court before in my life only till I moved here into shinda management via Arista

This is a horrible management company! They do kot respond to tenant complaints or inquiries from the main office At ALL! The Tapscott Dt. Office does the best they can with limited resources made available. They take responsibility for nothing.! If my apartment wants rent stabilized I WOULD MOVE!! I was one of the first f families yo move into a building they rehabbed. They did an awful job. Every year I have lived here which is about 7-8 years, I've had annual ceiling leaks due to poor roofing. Their only saving grace is the new super, Bernardo Vega,and he is handcuffed yo what he is able to do. Shinda Management is a mess and it starts from the TOP!
