I feel like older women really are terrible customer service people. Terrrribleee customer service, the men are great, but the older chick literally doesn’t smile, doesn’t look happy to be there, and especially doesn’t have a great attitude. My sister and i tried returning product my sister had just bought within the past 30-35mins, we live 20-25 mins out of pdc, and they wouldn’t let her get her money back or new product. If you really cared for your customers you would do what’s ethnically right instead of being a child to your customers. I would honestly just head over to the other BP because this experience isn’t worth it🥱
