Best thing to do is to call the main office in Charleston and make a phone appt ... you can also set it up online ,,,,They will call at the scheduled time set up....Especially if having some issues.From then on you will be dealing with the local office in your area...

Workforce WV is a joke. Call several times to the local office and my call went Putnam County. I don't want unemployment I want a job. The State of West Virginia needs to get off there COVID19 Shutdown and start serving the people of West Virginia. DMV is a joke also.
