Card reader wasn’t working but they knew that and instead of starting with, “we’ve been having issues with our card reader” we went through this whole back and forth about milk alternatives and then my card didn’t work. Waste of everybody’s time. Start with the necessary information first.

Drinks were as ordered and refreshing, restrooms were clean and appreciated. We appreciate the convenience of this as a stop when passing through King City.

Really busy location but service was great and the staff attentive and kind with all consumers. Cashier was particularly helpful with a young mom whose child caused a spill. She was patient and nice which I noted and she is to be commended. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she left an impression on true customer service. If it helps I was there around 2:30-2:40pm on 04/24/2022

I'm downgrading my review for this Starbucks. Stopped here for a quick cup of coffee and a pumpkin loaf. The service inside the Starbucks was good. And the coffee and pumpkin loaf tasted good. But, forced to sit outside due to covid-19, and perfectly happy to sit outside, I was subjected to 20 minutes of some guy pacing back and forth with a leaf blower pushing approximately 75 leaves down the sidewalk. Bathrooms in this Starbucks were open, but there was no hand soap for washing hands. Also, no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found. This Starbucks went from five stars to 2 Stars.
