I recently rented a room for one night. I was very upset to find clumps of long black hair in and around the pool area. I proceeded to go up to the room where i pulled back the sheets to find another large clump of hair under them. I left and did not stay the night because I was grossed out. I tried to get a refund and they said the would give me 10 % back. I checked my account and the 10% was actually deducted from my account. I am very frustrated and upset. Would not recommend!!!!

Hotel was clean folks were nice great location but for me the bed was too firm. they do allow pets so around 6am i got to hear 3 different dogs barking at something. i was on ground floor so a good bit of noise from above.

I really love this establishment. This Quality Inn in Flat Rock, NC is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in. The staff is friendly, respectful, thoughtful, understanding and they make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious, the beds are heavenly and the surrounding accommodations in the area are within walking distance. Crackle Barrel, Bojangles, State Employees Credit Union, Gas station, Dunkin Doughnuts are all very close by. This will be my second stay and I'm booked for a third stay soon.
