This AutoZone is consistent in that their employees are consistently rude. After 4 years of putting up with the rudeness at the East Point Ace, I now drive to Decatur for my home repair needs. I have not found an alternative to this store but I will soon. If a customer ask for help, you stop what you are doing and help them, you do not keep your back to them and say, “yeah?” That is basic customer service training. It is evident that this AutoZone does not train their employees in basic customer service.

I had my BMW 750I towed there to get a new battery and two of the staff a lady and a gentleman (forgive me for forgetting their names) assisted me with getting it done. The lady assisted me with the memory saver to save the BMW's settings while the gentleman changed the battery. I believe that varies from store to store but the one's I usually go to . They want you to come in but they will hold it for you when it is in stock.

That can be any number of things. Go to AutoZone or O'Reilly and ask them to read the computer codes in your car. It is free.
