As I requested a basic car starter installed. No haggling. I could of had is installed the same day if I wanted but choose the following day. I would 100 percent recommend them for any of their other services also.

Possibly. They replacing the remote first. I suggest taking the remote to the installer. It may need to be, depending on the manufacturer. reprogrammed. If you used a professional installer.

I purchased a remote starter from you about 8 yrs ago. I am not sure if the remote starter the problem or something else. When I tried to start my car with the remote it will not start, I tried manually with key, will not start. Any suggestions?

Start your car battery, it could be going bad. If it's not the car battery, check the remote starter battery.

I'm not familiar with your system. However, going to say it may cost you between $600 to $800, if you purchase it with them and have them install. If you already bought the system yourself, installation will cost between $100 to $150 for a basic system.
