I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kanela at the sterling optical in Nanuet as well as Nick last year; I drove 45 minutes to this location and its worth it every time I have, it has always been a great experience no complaints they are extremely honest and helpful their upfront with all their responses , very professional and they take their complete time make sure you are satisfied with the outcomes of your choice of frames, contacts, and or exam. I had been going to the sterling optical in Newburgh who would over charge were NOT as pleasant or upfront not sure how their in business but I digress. It’s safe to say the Nanuet sterling optical has me as a client for years to come. If your looking for great customer service this is where you go without hesitation I have and will recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you guys for the best customer service experience.

Seems like a good place. Thorough exam and friendly Nick. I had to once return for the nosepiece on my readers because they wiggled much too freely and the glasses slipped down my nose. When I returned to pickup my progressive glasses - it was the same issue. Nick said they were always sent from the lab that way and that I would get used to them. I didn’t but when I returned, another tech fixed the problem right away and they have been fine since.
