Dr. Parcells and her team (Torey, Rachael, Bre, etc) are AMAZING! I recently had explant surgery on 9/27. They gave me so much support and worked really hard to make sure I felt comfortable and stayed informed throughout the entire process. I never felt life I was a bother (no matter what time or how many times I reached out on the Klara app!). All of my questions and concerns were answered compassionately and in a timely manner.
