this company has been billing me for several months as i am poa for my mom who is in assisted living/nursing care , i have called several times and explained i am not responsible for any medical bills and i only have abilty to make medical decisions, she has healthcare as well as medicaid /medicare and they sre to bill them not me!!, everytime i call i get the same reponse " oh sorry we will get it taken care of" yet another bill comes in the mail!! well pound salt your not getting my money!!!

I tried many times discuss my handy capped son's bill, was promised to rebill his insurance company , but nothing happened. Filling complaint with BBB of NJ.

No wonder the bill is over due......NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IT IS THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH.

Nobody wants to pick up a phone when you call this company. This is not how you should treat your customers. Customer Experience matters even if you're in pill packing industry.

This Pharmacy is around the corner from where I work. I am just a regular person, can I get my prescriptions filled here like any normal Pharmacy?? I did not even know about this Pharmacy, I found it on Google Maps.

Unfortunately, no. We are a closed door pharmacy that services long term care communities.

We accept most medicare part D and private insurance plans, but we do not have one that is a dedicated preferred plan.
