Update: Dr. Ferro personally called to apologize and confirm that both refunds were made. He made an offer to try the program again. I appreciate his call and would recommend the program as the risk free guarantee is real. Dr. Ferro has a risk free refund and I found this program was not for be within 3 weeks. I was told on their app that my refund of $399 would be processed over 2 weeks ago. Not only have I not been refunded I have been charged another $49!

Absolutely terrible..Deposited money to bet on Cox plate promotion. Cox plate market was taken down before I could place bet..called help line and waited 27 min and still on hold..went to live chat wasnt actually live chat just a live chat just a question page...avoid
