We came to have dinner here on a Wednesday night and they would not allow us to get the free kids meals. The lady stated that the deal ended with the guy in front of us instead of a specific time. So I asked what time does the deal end and she then looks at her phone and says" I guess 8:20". I placed my order at 8:25. The only reason we came was because kids are suppose to eat free. I and very disappointed and highly upset with the service. I spent over $50. I will never come here again for any reason.

Waited for almost 40 minutes before leaving without food. Staff cannot handle work properly during busy hours. The guy who looks like is the manager was not polity neither helpful while I was trying to get my refund. Good food, poor management. Btw, there were at least 10 people waiting for food including doordashers.

This was my first time trying smash burger. It was delicious. The burgers are cooked to order so there was a little wait maybe 10 mins to get my order during the lunch hour. Nothing to complain about here. Single burger, drink and fries came up to about $11.

Lord knows I didn’t need a burger lol but with limited time, Smashburger came through for me. I kept it simple and ordered the classic. It tasted like a burger from a family cookout. Meat cooked well done but still full of flavor. As a first timer, I am pleased with my lunch for today. Also, to the cook in the back I don’t look like an Alex lol.
