I pulled into the drive-thru at 8:50 PM. The person told me that they were closed so I asked them doesn't your hours of service say you're open till 9? At which point the person yelled at me and told me that they were short-staffed and trying to clean and that they had orders up front they had to take care of. Older sounding lady.

I hate to give them a bad review, because I really want Hardee's to make it long term! They make GREAT food @ most locations. In my opinion, Hardee's has always had the best biscuits and gravy in the South. The food at this location was really good once they stopped screwing up the order. I was there waiting for 20 something minutes and I was already running late when i arrived, but me and my associate were DESPERATE to eat before having to DJ and film a wedding...

Just went through the drive thur at the MP Hardee's and the service was outstanding..my server (Ruth) was possible one of the nicest people I have ever talked to. She talked to me like we were life long friends and for that reason I WILL come back to this location. Customer service is so important and Ruth was awesome!
