Where do I begin? I reached out to them asking if they can evaluate my boat, I was told I needed a new engine. My boat was at another marina, Tides End went to the marina and trailered my boat back to Tides End Marina. From the beginning Chris was open and honest with me, especially since I am relatively a newbie. Not only did they build me a brand new engine but assessed any other damage or fixes that needed repair. Chris was in constant contact to update me during the engine build, including cost. The Tides End crew gave me a quick lesson on the new engine and miscellaneous repairs. They are professional and I highly recommend them for all of your boating and marina needs!! Even after I brought my boat home and asked about a steering issue they came directly to my house and quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it.
