TBH it depends on type vehicle you have. And you would need at least 4 subs 2-3 amps a couple batteries and caps. Roughly around 2-4 thousand including install.

I just had a remote start and alarm combo made by viper installed in a supercrew pickup truck for a little more than 600 bucks.. they have many systems from the super awesome to relatively basic with REALLY reasonable labor charges at a flat rate so if it goes long then you aren't getting raked over the coals on hourly charges..
