I heard it was an NTB tire place. And Aldi is supposed to build to the north. We could use some upscale stores and restaurants instead of fast food joints.
I have heard Aldi is relocating on land to the north. A Habit Burger will open soon. Nothing special that would make me prefer going there rather than to Blakeney or Pineville malls. It's mostly low end stuff. What Aldi will do with their old bldg is a question. We could use nicer restaurants or better shops than Dollar store or Ross but that's not likely. A Trader Joe would have been nice.
